The Biblioteca Library Management System (LMS) provides electronic access to relevant product, sample, reference, periodical and project data both archived and current. More specifically, some of the features of the Biblioteca LMS include on-demand access to:
Products - list of manufacturers, local suppliers and environmentally friendly products and their respective contact information and web links.
Periodicals - Client specific list of periodicals, a master list of periodicals and a tool for researching building types and projects referenced in the periodicals.
References - Client list of references including design books, standards, bylaws and codes as well as a master list of references and the contacts to purchase these references.
Associations - list of associations in North America including the association web link or contact information.
Consultants - list of consultants in North America including the consultant web link or contact information.
Projects - comprehensive project history database for drawings, reports, specifications, proposals, project files, images and other relevant correspondence accessible by firm members only.
Library Sign-Out System - Automated tracking system of library items signed in and out of a Clients library.
A Clients library is customized and developed based on Client specific needs. A variety of product offerings may be combined and implemented to meet these needs and result in a maximum return on a Client's library investment. This tool is designed to both manage a client's physical and virtual library.
All of these products are updated with new products and sources on an on-going basis to provide you and your Clients with greater options in the selection of products and resources. The initial inventory and on-going maintenance of your library, may be completed by an in-house librarian, following an initial training session provided by Biblioteca Inc.
